Do you have multiple people who need access to the app?
You can now add multiple users/employees/family members or owners to the app.
You can also set their access level to prevent an occasional user from disabling the alarm or changing your settings.

You can add or remove users from receiving notifications. If the main account holder is receiving notification but other users aren't this could be the problem.

Don't need email notifications as well as push alarms? No problem. Just turn them off.
